This stunning two piece outfit includes a dress and hat. Both pieces are black crushed velvet trimmed with purple and black. The back closes with 5 pieces of velcro. Note that this dress is slightly sheer - for a young girl you will want her to wear a slip underneath. I bought this for my daughter but it did not fit her - she is thick in the waist - this costume is for a thin girl with a small waist. The actual measurements are bust 33", waist 26", and overall length 31". The size chart on the package says this will fit a girl with a chest of 33.5-34.5", waist 25.5-26.5", and hip 35-37". This leo has multicolored sequins all over it; the places where it looks like there are no sequins are part of the pattern. The tie velcros on the neck and there is a velcro closure at the neck. This was purchased as a dance costume - one dance she was a police and the other some more accessories were added to create a flapper era zuit suit. The measurements are bust 32" and shoulder to crotch 27", so overall the girth is 54". Weighs 6.4 oz.
